HOTEL POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours prior to 3 PM of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.
Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.
Pet Policy
No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on-premises. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.
Do you offer parking?
Meeting Street Inn offers valet parking for $40/night. Self-parking is available to guests for $25/night.
Is parking available on-site?
Meeting Street Inn does not have on-site parking. Both self-park and valet parking lots are located two blocks away and a five-minute walk. Due to space constraints at the parking lot, full-size trucks and vans cannot be accommodated. There is an additional city lot on Cumberland Street that accommodates full-size vehicles, just one block from the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary continental breakfast is offered in the lobby daily from 7 AM - 10 AM.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, there is no restaurant at the inn itself. However, we are only a few short steps from some of the best restaurants in downtown Charleston. We offer a complimentary evening wine & cheese reception in our lobby from 5 PM - 6 PM.
Do you suggest we make dining reservations before we arrive?
We highly recommend booking a reservation before you arrive. We would be happy to share our list of favorites if you prefer to call and inquire.
Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to offer suggestions for transportation services. Shuttles and ride shares are also available at the Charleston International Airport upon arrival.
What is the Meeting Street Inn's smoking policy?
Meeting Street Inn is a smoke-free property. A $400 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including our courtyard area).
Can someone assist us with tours?
The Meeting Street Inn staff would be happy to suggest walking tours, bus tours, and plantations once you arrive.
Does Meeting Street Inn have an elevator?
Yes, we have two elevators.
